Parts catalog data

A parts catalog that keeps up with the manufacturers.

Fitmentify™ reads manufacturers' own catalogs and product pages, checks every value, and ties each one to the page it came from. When a manufacturer changes a document, your catalog follows. People review whatever the checks flag.

Made-up example. Every value keeps the document and page it came from, and a disagreement goes to a person.

How it works

From a manufacturer's published documents to a catalog you can rely on, in four steps.

  1. Collect

It gathers what manufacturers already publish: catalogs as PDFs, and product pages on their websites.

  2. Resolve

Brands and part numbers are matched, so one real part is one record, however many times it is written down.

  3. Check

Every value is checked and tied to the document and page it came from. Where sources disagree, it says so.

  4. Keep current

When a manufacturer changes a document, the change is noticed. People review what the checks flag.

What you get

  • A parts catalog where each value shows where it came from.
  • Mistakes caught and put in front of a person before they reach a listing.
  • A catalog that follows the manufacturer's documents as they change.
  • Data organised to line up with ACES and PIES, the industry's data standards.

What it is not

It does not ask manufacturers to re-type their catalogs into a portal, and it does not fill a gap with a guess. A value it cannot support is flagged, not invented.
